Snapshot of Handprint Imprint: Praise Pal, Thunes, and Teads value acknowledging employee productivity. These three Handprint case studies demonstrate that gratitude aligns with planet-positive awards year-round.

Case Study #1 Praise Pal

Praise Pal encourages a foundation of success through technology built by heart. It is a core value of PraisePal that every team member contributes toward company success. Easily integrated technology that works with Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Google Chat, their mission of acknowledgment lacked a sustainability or planet-positive focused reward option.

Can Gratitude Align With Regeneration And Growing A Handprint?

Praise Pal operates by allowing team members to award points and recognition for designated tasks. They realized this could be applied to a planet-positive mindset but approached Handprint to find the perfect fit.

Handprint Delivers A Solution

Partnering with Handprint diversifies the Praise Pal acknowledgment catalog. Previously, employees had access to several versions of gift cards through Amazon, restaurants or other services. Now, employees can transfer these points to a cash investment towards a Handprint impact solution.

Praise Pal users work through the Handprint tools to apply gratitude and encouragement points they receive from their colleagues to plant a tree, restore coral, or even remove plastic from the ocean.

Growing A Handprint In Real-Time

As Praise Pal begins with Handprint their employees have contributed upwards of  $900, and it’s only just the beginning. From acknowledgement to seamless handprints with partnerships, every dollar, just like every person, is appreciated and a step in the right direction. Praise Pal’s catalog was flawlessly integrated with Handprint systems and the gift card voucher option, continuing to prove how easy and accessible a planet-positive becomes.  Praise Pal has witnessed a spike in morale after employees recognized the company offered a benefit dedicated to the planet and everyone’s future.

Key Takeaways

  1. Planet positive mindsets flawlessly integrated into appreciation and gratitude. With Handprint, regeneration is accessible across any platform, position, or industry.
  2. Employee engagement and team mindsets are important. Paying tribute to every task member increases productivity and highlights small steps toward success.

Case Study#2 Thunes

Thunes continues to make the planet an accessible and barrier-free transactional space through its global payment infrastructure. Using the Thunes API platform, anyone anywhere can send and receive payments instantly. While this is inclusive and trailblazing technology, how does it pivot into employee engagement?

A Time For Responsible Giving Back

Thunes wanted to do more and connect with their employees to demonstrate the outreach of a single handprint. Working with Handprint to develop the “Transactions Into Actions” festive guide, employees were able to select three different ways they could contribute to impact projects.

Thunes And Handprint: Inclusive Internal Outreach

It’s a wonderful act of recognition to receive a voucher from your employer over the holiday season. Instead of a generic gift card, Thunes evolved a seasonal gift into regenerative individual impact.

During the 2022 Holiday Season, Thunes staff members received a voucher available to use towards three different impact projects. Team members then had the choice of using their voucher towards planting trees with the Tropical Research and Conservation Centre (TRCC) based in Nigeria, planting corals with Living Seas, based in Indonesia, or giving access to potable water with Wateroam based in Myanmar.

Thunes called the campaign ‘The Gift Of Giving’ and the employee response was extremely positive. It was a leveled response that showed the company’s dedication and value to anyone working behind the scenes.

This year, Forbes magazine published a study conducted by Deloitte on their approximately 330,000 team members spread across more than 150 countries and territories. Deloitte found that “recognition is highly correlated with improving employee engagement, which in turn improves job performance. As proven through the study, employee engagement, productivity, and performance are 14% higher in organizations with recognition programs than those without.”

Key Takeaways

  1. Contributing to a sustainable and regenerative economy doesn’t exclude behind the scenes. Connecting with your team not only helps increase engagement but will also showcase ESG strategy and company dedication to mission statements.
  2. Successful sustainable companies make regeneration seamless and integrated. Unique solutions are available regardless of industry or sector.

Case Study#3 Teads

Teads is a cloud-based, omnichannel platform that enables programmatic digital advertising across diverse and international quality digital channels. As a B2B modular platform, Teads allows partners options of buy-side, sell-side, creative, data, and AI optimization technologies all under one roof.

With an extensive outreach, it makes sense that Teads would align with Handprint’s vision of a regenerative and sustainable economy. As a Handprint client, Teads already works to contribute to several impact partnerships through each advertising campaign they facilitate. It was time to take a step forward and figure out how Teads could bring this engagement in-house and motivate their team through positive reinforcement and collaboration with Handprint again they found the perfect solution.

Sustainable Companies Celebrate Earth Day

Teads knew they could accomplish two things for their employees by creating an Earth Day initiative. The first was to celebrate the sustainability and community mindset of Earth Day, the second was to empower the team to give the gift of impact. Similar to case study#2, Teads also wanted to highlight each employee’s hard work by giving them a voucher equaling a purchased impact, which the employee can use towards one of three designated partnership projects.

After the Earth Day initiative was announced to the internal team, positive feedback included “This is just one of many reasons why I love Teads – In celebration of ‘Earth Day’, Teads has created an initiative to allow us the opportunity to support a cause that will have a long term effect & positive impact.”

The impact project that Teads employees had a chance to redeem a contribution towards was clean-up plastic with SCS or planting corals with Living Seas, both based in Indonesia and giving access to potable water with Wateroam based in Myanmar.

Key Takeaways

  1. Contributing to a sustainable and regenerative economy is inclusive. Connecting with your team not only helps increase engagement but will also showcase ESG strategy and company dedication to mission statements.
  2. Successful sustainable companies make regeneration seamless and integrated. Unique solutions are available regardless of industry or sector.
  3. Find a day that connects with your team. It doesn’t have to be a nationally recognized holiday, it could be the start of a new quarter or the wrap-up of successful KPIs. Planet positive mindsets flawlessly integrate with appreciation year-round and deliver engaged and highly productive employees.
