Our ideal candidate
We are looking for an experienced B2B SDR to find, qualify and activate leads across all channels. This is a highly entrepreneurial position as it requires you to wear multiple hats.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will bring creative thinking and empathy, putting yourself in your prospect’s shoes.
You are a good communicator, you listen more than you talk in Sales calls and you know how to explain things simply.
You are a problem-solver, able to collaborate and work well under pressure.
You are results-driven and demonstrate strong organisational skills, with a good flair for numbers.
Your exceptional negotiation skills will contribute to our financial growth.

The Job Responsibilities
- Identify and refine our target ICP.
- Generate, qualify new leads with outbound prospecting (including cold calls & cold emails, online calls/demos, reaching out via LinkedIn and other networks…), and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Book and deliver Discovery and Sales calls.
- Craft sales decks and proposals that meet customers’ needs and timeline, negotiate contracts.
- Close deals.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Share and document feedback from prospects and customers to inform decision making from the leadership team.
- Closely collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Impact teams to create, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive revenue in line with our financial goals.
- Report weekly on KPIs.
Minimum qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales in a similar role.
- Fluency with CRM (ActiveCampaign or other), automation tools, analytics tools.
- Self-starter, who has the drive to solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident when conducting strategic research, qualification, lead generation and outreach.
- Excellent at time management, organization and reporting on results.
- Hands-on, strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done.
- Able to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment, with an international team.
Preferred qualifications
- Master degree in Sales, Business or related fields.
- Experience in a pre-series A startup environment.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator and Notion.
- Understanding of sales processes, frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) and dynamics.
